On the Cross

Lyrics By: Amy C. Smith

Music By: Amy C. Smith & Heriberto M. Oliva

On the cross, I nailed you, to

On the cross, my sins, held you.

Ashamed, I hide, my face.

You tell me, not to, turn away.

You tell me,

For the love of you,

And my Father, in Heaven,

My love, for you, is endless.

I see you, look up, at the sky,

Tears, swell in, your eyes.

“Father, into, Your hands,

I commend, My spirit.”

As your, mercy, flows,

Endless, streams of gold.

“Father, into, Your hands,

I commend, My spirit.”

On the cross, I turn to you.

On the cross, my heart, yearns for you.

You say to Him,

For the love of you,

And my Father, in Heaven,

My love for you, is endless.

I see you, look up, at the sky,

Tears, swell in, your eyes.

“Father, into, Your hands,

I commend, My spirit.”

As your, mercy, flows,

Endless, streams of gold.

“Father, into, Your hands,

I commend, My spirit.”

Endless strings of love

Grace, stretching from the sky.

Reaching out to you,

In a sweet, lullaby

I see you, look up, at the sky,

Tears, swell in, your eyes.

“Father, into, Your hands,

I commend, My spirit.”

As your, mercy, flows,

Endless, streams of gold.

“Father, into, your hands,

I commend, my spirit.”

“Father, into, Your hands,

I commend, My spirit.”

God is Always in Control

Lyrics & Music By: Amy C. Smith

Guitar Music By: Heriberto M. Oliva

Sometimes in life, things don't, go as we please.

Sometimes in life, things, will make us, fall to our knees.

But God, is always, in control.

Plans and thoughts, can be our prison.

Wanting to be in control, is not wisdom.

Because God, is always, in control.

Life, isn't, that bad,

As we, make it, out, to be.

Just, let it, go, free.

Just, fall to your knees,

And trust, in the Lord.

In His mighty deeds,

His wisdom, is at our, feet.

He will, set you, free.

God's ways, are wiser than ours.

He can turn bad, into good.

Because God, is always in, control.

Life, isn't, that bad,

As we, make it, out, to be.

Just, let it, go, free.

Just, fall to your knees,

And trust, in the Lord.

In His mighty deeds,

His wisdom, is at our, feet.

He will, set you, free.

Oh God, help me to trust, to trust, in you.

Oh God, light up your path, light up my way.

Don't let me stray.

Oh God, give me the grace, when I can’t. Ohh!

Oh God, help me to trust. Be my lamp,

When in darkness I stand.

Life, isn't, that bad,

As we, make it, out, to be.

Just, let it, go, free.

Just, fall to your knees,

And trust, in the Lord.

In His mighty deeds,

His wisdom, is at our, feet.

He will, set you, free.

Choose Right Over Wrong

Lyrics & Music By: Amy C. Smith

Are we servants, of the world?

Or are we servants, of the Lord?

You think, we've got the right,

Not to choose life?

Keep Holy, your body, the temple of the Lord!

(2xs)

Choose right, over wrong.

Stand up, for voices unheard.

Choose right, over wrong.

We can all, rise up, and change the world.

Since when, did you lose, your voice?

And, become, the Devil's, toy?

Death, can never, be a right.

Will you, stand up, for innocent, lives?

Keep Holy, your body, the temple of the Lord!

(2xs)

Choose right, over wrong.

Stand up, for voices unheard.

Choose right, over wrong.

We can all, rise up, and change the world.

Life, should never, be, a choice.

When, all life, belongs, to God!

Keep Holy, your body, the temple of the Lord!

(2xs)

Choose right, over wrong.

Stand up, for voices unheard.

Choose right, over wrong.

We can all, rise up, and change the world.

We'll change, the, world.

Riches in Heaven

Lyrics By: Amy C. Smith

Music By: Amy C. Smith & Heriberto M. Oliva

He cruises up, in his fancy car,

Looking to impress, a lady, a far.

And he's got, that, look in his eyes.
She says, “Oh, my. What a big surprise!

But money won't buy you, a, place in Heaven.

You may have riches on Earth,

But, I store, my riches in Heaven.”

We're on Earth, just, a moment in time,

A, twinkling, of an eye,

Awaiting our fate, of eternal life,

In Hell, or Paradise.

Both a rich man, and a poor man, will die,

With no money, on the, other side.

The poor man says, “Get behind me in line,

Because, you may have had, riches on Earth,

But, I stored, my riches, in Heaven.

A girl squealing, at a diamond ring,

Eyes a twinkling, with a, longing grin.

“Oh! You love me that much!”

He says, “I love you more, than to buy you that stuff,

Because, money won't buy you, a, place in Heaven.

You may have riches on Earth,

But I store my riches in Heaven.”

He is sporting, his main brand shoes,

Calvin Klein, clothes too.
Hey man, those shades may have blinded you too,

Because, main brands won't secure you, a place, in Heaven.

You may have riches on Earth,

But, you can't buy your way into Heaven.

If you're one, of these people,

With a hole in your heart,

Don't fill it, with riches, on Earth,

They fall apart.

Fill it, with your creator,

Abide, by His law,

And await, the riches,

And His, everlasting love stored above.

In Heaven above.

You may have riches on Earth,

But you, can't buy your way,

Into Heaven.

You can't buy your way into Heaven.

You can't buy your way…into...Heaven.

Did You Ever Know

Lyrics & Music By: Amy C. Smith

Guitar Music By: Heriberto M. Oliva

Sometimes life feels way too tough.

Just right when you want to give up,

God lets you know that He's still there.

It might be a smile or a song,

To help you know you're never alone,

In the fight, it will help you be strong.

It will move you along.

Hold steadfast in, in your faith.

God is right there with every step you take,

With every step you take.

Did you ever know that someone could love you that much?

Did you ever know a love so true?

Did you ever know He died for you.

Don't let life bring, bring you down,

With it's challenges or it's frown.

Love made your heart, let Him, turn it around.

God uses the dark times and turns them into light.

Put in the flame to melt with life,

Molded with love to make you stronger in the fight,

To make you more alive.

Hold steadfast in your faith.

God is right there with every step you take,

With every step you take.

Did you ever know that someone could love you that much?

Did you ever know a love so true?

Did you ever know, He died for you?

On the cross, He died for our salvation.

Let the truth, set you free.

Did you ever know, did you ever know, He died for you?

Did you ever know, did you ever know, He died for you?
